Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. You can skip, reschedule, edit or cancel deliveries any time, based on what you need.
How often can I get coffee?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You choose the rhythm when you subscribe.
What can I choose?
Any of our seven coffees, in five grinds (whole beans, espresso, stovetop, filter or plunger) and three sizes: 200g, 500g or 1kg.
How much do I save?
10% off the price of every bag while you are subscribed.
What if my coffee arrives damaged or wrong?
If it does not arrive in perfect condition, or you receive the wrong coffee, we send a replacement straight away. Coffee is perishable, so it cannot be sent back for a refund.
Can I collect instead?
Yes. Pickup is available at the Bridge Street roastery and is usually ready in 24 hours.
